WHOLESALE DELIVERY
All deliveries are dispatched as soon as possible in some cases this can take 5 working days as we make many items and in some case we are waiting from deliveries from our suppliers, every items is checked and packed by Rosoku in the UK.
Carriage is calculated at the checkout and all prices quoted exclude VAT.
Many customers place orders Via Faire or Ankorstore, all of these delivered are arranged via their platform.

RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to contact us to return it to us. Upon receipt of the product a full refund will be issued, or replacement will be sent. we must be notified within 15 days from dispatch date. The item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received
with any free samples if applicable.
